A friend of mine was shown this site by myself. I at the time was unaware of their history as far as customer support. On their website they advertise for a statue of a famous toy that my friend and myself remember as a children. He being the one with money decides to buy one at the astonishing price of $3000.00 US dollersAfter putting the 11500.00 down as a payment to show the company that he was serious they began to process his order.

They were up front as far as this thing taking three months to specialy make it to specs of my friends liking. After the package arrived my friend called me over for the unvailing of the statue. To our surprise one of the pieces to the head was broken. Beyond that the paint that was on the statue was see through and you could see pencil lines underneath it. $3000.00 DOLLERS!!!

I suggested to my friend that he return this 3000.00 doller piece of crap. When he called the customer service people they informed him thAt they were not responsible for what happens once sent out. If your putting that kind of financial investment into a product the least you would have the common sense to do was to package it tight. I immidiatlly emailed the company and was emailed back with a very bitter response and lie claiming that they do take pride(WTF ever) and that they would "Handle" the problem.

When I spoke to my friend he said that they were not going to do anything. As if I was never going to speak to my friend again. Besides this incident, they're were alot of unsatisfied customers(myself included)when their other toy was released. The Masterpiece was far from it. In beginning reports of the toys inception they HG/Toynami informed the public that the toy would bew 1/3rd diecast for durabilty.

After countless people being ripped off (myself also)on ebay for presales of this toy that never was released when Toynami said it would be and countless delays the toy was released. The day before the toy came to the public the people over at Toynami and HG announced that the toy was only 3% metal?!?!

Any half wit knows that casting for toys takes months. My point...They knew that this toy was not what they proclaimed it to be.

1. False advertising is criminal.

2. No concern for customers who make your business.

3. Flat out LIARS!!
