Hound.com does not offer a means to cancel there 72-hour subscription after 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday other than calling within business hours (Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.). Set up an account on Thursday at 4:00 p.m. EST and should have free access to the account until Sunday at 4:00 p.m. I decided that the price was not worth it for my specific needs so I sent numerous emails Saturday say that I revoked their authority to charge my account and to please cancel my account. I received an email on Monday morning saying that I was suppose to cancel on Friday to avoid being charged. So they charged me $49.95. That being the case I really wasnt given 72-hours to make a decision, I was actually only given 15 hours. What they did is illegal in that it is false advertisements. They are preying on people that are desparate for employment in this tough economy so please be cautious.
