I joined GamersVault.net in 2006, I was active in forums and IRC chat. It wasn't long before I was "promoted" to east owner for my activities and participation. Not long after I was asked to be an "owner" of gamersvalt. I was told by Harry Davidson (owner of gamersvault) that GV (gamersvault) was worth in excess of $20,000. I was offered 10% ownership for a sweet price of $1500. I was promised in WRITING that I would be acknolweged as 10% owner of gv. I waited 12 months for such promise to be delivered.

After my wife suffered a severed knee injury requiring total knee reconstruction I started pressing again about my 10% ownership. I was first told that discussion of 10% ownership was "informal". When I pressed what exactly "informal" meant I was "shunned" from IRC and banned from website. Now banned from a webiste I helped grow by leaps and bounds.

Now 18 months later, gv is still stonewalling me, It was NEVER incorparated as a true corporation meaning my 10% paid is worthless.

I have logs of Harry Davidson telling me that gv is worth $20K BEFORE I sent my money, now he is claiming gv is worth just $11k

Remind you I am deaf and I have send Harry Davidson $1500 which is one month of my disability insurance.

I was promised by another quasi owner Arcanium (Michael Johnson) that if I kept quiet of Harry Davidson's lies and theft he'd repay me. Turns out that Michael Johnson's promises where just blackmail.

Im leaving out lots of small detials which I'm more than happy to supply if there are any responses to this.

Bottom line, Harry Davidson, Michael Johnson, and Elaine Weaver (another gv crony) are liars and thieves.

My name is Mike, formally known as noz at Gamersvault. I am the said witness and from my point of view the story is as follows. As far as the 1500 dollars is concerned that is NOT my issue, however I am sure Steve is not lying about it as Mike and Harry have confirmed to me that his statements about the USD are in fact true. Steve should file a small claims case against Harry and Gamersvault. Here are some facts: - Harry rents proxy IP addresses for Diablo 2. - Steve had access to some of those IP addresses. - Steve gave me access to them, then hinted to me I should donate money to a charity he was sponsoring. - I informed Harry of the situation. - The rest is history. Basically I really don't know what happened but I will vouch the statement that Cluanar is a lying thief and treats his staff, fellow owners and members terribly. A note to Steve: Yes, the owners treated you like s**t, but common you were trying to sublet the proxies to me. At least from my point of view. I don't agree with the way you were treated, but at the same time respected you until you pulled some "shady" stuff. Times are tight, but that doesn't mean you can try to sneak off with some profit because you are "trusted". A note to Harry: Anyhow, there will be two separate reports filed against Harry Davidson for his behavior, tactics and cons. He is a con artist that preys on the diseased Steve, if you wanted to salvage any of your investment, why did you handled it this way? I hope this sheds some light.

This is not something I would have jumped into normally, but since you had the absolute *gall* to personally name me, I'm left with no choice. You were indeed...for a time...an asset to GamersVault, I won't deny that. However, from the time your "friends" attempted and failed to use our network for their own gain and not ours, it became clear that your loyalties had shifted. You were never around when you were needed. You regularly abused your administrative powers and very nearly succeeded in driving away one of our founding members (I should have realized *then* that you were no longer interested in working to build the network). All the while, you apparently were using GamersVault's resources for your own personal financial gain. This is documented, and supported by witnesses, so don't deny it. So this spring things came to a head when the staff were gathered together and asked to begin contributing more heavily to the website. Immediately you left us to join your "friends". Harry already covered the matter of your investment (the amount of which you inflated, we've found), but I will add this: Despite your cries of poverty, you have continued to play an online game which requires a subscription to play, and have laid down the money for an expansion to this game as well. You told me you'd have to shut off your Internet, clearly you have not. And in said game you continue to goad Harry and myself into fights, in game as well as on the game's official forums, where you regularly attempt to slander us. Not very mature of you, and not very smart either. But I guess I can't expect much out of someone who expressed a desire that Harry die because he would not give in to your demands. And yes, I can provide logs of that, as well as logs where you admitted to me that your "friends" had for a very long time been attempting to get you to leave GamersVault. Who knows how far back it goes? Possibly back to the day after your "leader" got his sorry self booted from the network. Certainly before your wife hurt her knee. You just used that as an excuse. The great tragedy here...apart from the dissolution of my friendship with you...is that it didn't have to work out this way. If you wanted to leave and join your "friends", all you had to do was *say* so. Just say, "I don't think I want to do this anymore" and walk away. That's all. It would have been sad, but it wouldn't have been messy. And you might even have been compensated, though as you now must realize you had no right to demand that money. But no, you chose the coward's path of name-calling and slandering...and you wonder why you are shunned? It's clear you can't be trusted to keep a civil tongue in your head. Now, I'm sure you're still busy running around the Internet trying to smear GamersVault...but those of us who have been with it since the beginning know the truth of the matter. Personally I can't imagine a worse punishment than living in your head...you are obsessed with hatred, and getting something for nothing. It's a blatant misuse of a well intentioned site like this one. You could do so much good in the world...you could help people with your disability rather than use it as a crutch. I would rethink my priorities in life, if I were you.

#6REBUTTAL Owner of company

Mon, November 24, 2008

1. You asked to be part of the new site. 2. You were told it is NOT an official business but would get a % if the site was ever sold. 3. You were told that according to various site evaluators the site could be worth up to 20k...if there was a buyer. 4. You abandon the site to join a competitors site with your friends. 5. You embezzled cash contributions on the side to distribute site benefits. 6. You demanded a full refund knowing your donation was used to help pay for hosting and upgrades. I wish I could go to some the places I invested in and demand a full refund. 7. You have before and once again libeled members of the site and the site itself. 8. You were told that if even after all you did we would still , if the site sold or if you could find a buyer you would get your %10 based on the condition you stopped slandering it and its members which you continued to do. 8 I suggest you get an attorney together with your evidence as I certainly have that ready to go myself. As I have told you before I will not hide from this and will bring it before a judge any day of the week. Put up or shut up.
