For those whom have experienced a loss of time, money, and lots of aggrevation with HPG, I would highly suggest to follow what I recommend under the complaint of 9-29-04. There is power in the numbers.
I spoke to the BBB and they said that if you are not satisfied with the result, they will keep it unresolved and will take that complaint with the others, and have the webmaster, 30 days after you receive your final rebuttel to adjust HPG's status. You must keep fighting their responses (from HPG) that come from the BBB. Plus the more complaints that the other websites receive, in which I suggested, on the same company, the better of a chance we will have to get our money back.
UPDATE On 10-18-04 BBB has changed the Customer Experience with Harvard Professional. Go to www.bbb.com and search for company, and type in Harvard Professional.
Though it comes short to giving them an unsatifactory rating, it does allow an individual to second and third guess in dealing with this company (this would have definetly allowed us to make the right decision and NOT deal with them). This will effect HPG right where they deserve it. In their Pockets! As they hurt us, it is time for some payback since they are not giving us our money back for services NOT rendered and the attitude that was not included in the contract.
The BBB have changed HPG status because all of you who have filed with the BBB. Keep doing it! Complain to all of the websites that I posted in the complaint for 9-29-04. DO NOT FALTER!
EVERYONE Keep copies of all (and if you speak to them over the phone, record your conversations)and respond to me if you will like to retrieve your money and bring these LOSERS to justice! A class action suit against Harvard Professional Group will have to be the next step. I know many of you have contacted me through this website. I encourage you to reply to this and join the class action suit. You can contact me at
[email protected] if you would like to participate in the Class Action suite and if you just want to share any positive feedback.
Looking forward to getting our money back, but most importantly, bringing Michael Poz, Stephanie Davis, and the rest of Harvard Professional to justice!!!
