I feel compelled to let people know if you are thinking of hiring him, he will put his profit first. He will be overzealous to the point that your spouse or opponent will spend all there is on discovery, and legal fees. The worse part is if there are children involved he will destroy any chance of having a civil relationship with your spouse which will scar your children forever. He has no compassion and uses the legal system as extortion. Through lies, unethical actions and maneavering he will create an atmosphere were there is no possiblity of settlment until you run out of fees or if your spouse is paying until he/she runs out of money for fees, by then there will be little for you and your children. If you care about your children, do not use this man as your attorney.
If you oppose him, be prepared to be lied to in court and out. Always send everything certified mail , or UPS etc.. He will deny receiving anything from you. He will ask for discovery he will never look at (that will be evident from his comments). Be prepared to be insulted and have your attorney insulted. He is pride but he is also a bad person with no consideration for the lives that he affects. If settling make sure you get everything and I mean everything in writing if he can find a loop hole to steal $10.00 more dollars from you and send you to contempt he will do it with great joy. I think he must not have too many clients because from what I have seen in the past years he just provokes opponents into contempt to get himself paid, that is why you must be very careful to detail all your agreements with him and review them carefully.

this is Harvey Rogers answering our reports! I will never stop at getting justice for my children. Harvey is an obituary liar he comes to court stating fake addresses for his client so that he won't get arrested for not paying child support no other attorney coaches their clients not to see their kids not pay! I've had a lot of lawyers and never in my 8 years of battling Harvey I've seen a dish lawyer like Harvey! He deserves every article written about him! The world is round what comes around goes around

I feel compelled to respond to this posting and to others that report on this website for hiding behind this website to complain and attempt to ruin the reputation of others when they have not contracted for services with the person they complain about.
This is another example of an opposing party that is vindictive and complaining out of spite because they can on a website that only offers to have these absurd and untrue claims removed for a price.
