I ordered three pairs of hats from Hatcraze.com in early February and it's 3/01/2015. Till this date I have not received a tracking number for my three baseball hats. I have attempted to contact the company three times and have received nothing in correspondence. I contacted the BBB and they have a "F" rating because they have done the same to others. Do not do business with Hatcraze.com. They will not fill your order and refuse to communicate with you. Stay far away from them. If the company wants to sue me feel free. I have all the supporting documentation to support my case and the truth is a defense.
