Nice9 bedroom home...but renter beware when it comes to the Hatton House. What is funny about this house is we requested a key to the home but were never provided a keyto the house during our stay, which made us feel unsafe and the owners came in and out of the house without knocking.
Also, the owner Wade Hatton has made several court appearances in Coconino Court as shown here:

Wish we had done a search like this before renting the house from a private owner.

When I stayed there, Mr. Hatton "treated" me to a night free of cost, with the one I wanted to spend my life with. He showed me how corteous a man can really get.... after all, that giant house to one couple? I treated it with the outmost respect, and honors. We all have our problems, but when Mr. Hatton says these people couldn't be trusted in there, his judgements are wise... however trust is the key, and if you don't want people stealing or destroying property, whether or not it is intended, make sure to only keep trustworthy folks around.
This house has something great in store for it, it just needs the right "eye" and imagination to enter as all the old memories will fade... And to Mr. Hatton, I've never told you this, but with my upmost respect, I solute you for your strength and courage to continue this walk of life. You know what's up in this life, and will get through "the storm" and I Truly do admire that Sir Wade... Most respect~ Tyler.. I am now, a spiritualist, and plan to get ahold of this house to fulfill the desires of love. **email= [email protected]**

The U.S. Embassy Saigon was over run in 1968 the army guarding the outside perimeter. We the Marines took over as the boys were dismissed. I dont recall meeting you. were you wearing the pink panties ?

I believe Mr Hatton to be in hiding. I know him personally. several days after the group left he expressed fears that they were drug dealers. he shared with me their suspect behavior comings and goings of cars through out the night and loud screams eminating from the house.

We find ourselves terrified ....we recentlly hosted a group of people that could be characterized as devil worshippers ....we are normal people ,simply trying to make a living ...the masks and the incantations were beyond our experience .....a very short small man seemed to be in control of the group ...they seemed to be mesmerized his abilty to direct them in chanting ....we were perplexed and and at a loss as to what to do ....our home was in jeopardy ...we felt threated that we felt potential of violence ....we sold the home at a substansial loss and shortly after felt that going into hiding be our only alternative... We took down the internet site that they continue harass and threaten us ....we have requested police protection ....

We were unable to provide these folks with a key as we felt their abilty to understand the techonolgy was beyond their abilties ...One of the group seemily possesed the abilty to understand the technolgy but when given the key mistook it for a candy bar and proceded to eat it.. We did enter the house on a single ocasion that we failded to knock as the group was performinng a ritual beyond our understanding ....we were concerned the house would go up in flames .....it ws indeed a nightmere ....

Your rebuttle certainly didn't help tell your side, as you didn't address any of the concerns of the OP.
But when you ask someone to "decide for yourself", it might actually be a good idea to make sure that they can.
I went up to your web site and got a message that said "Site Suspended" and a phone number to call if you are the owner of the site....NOT very good.
