The staff told me Paradise Cove Luau is the worst luau and that Diamond Head Luau is a lot better. So I purchased standard luau at Diamond Head Luau for 2 adults for $118 X 2 = $236, which came out to $255.28 with fees included and I trusted him.
I was told that this was a smaller and intimate luau, which it was, 3 male & 3 female dancers who did quick changes throughout with one announcer and food that ran out and watered down mai tai. The view of ocean was blocked by a chain link fence and people were watching from behind the fence, which was only about 30 ~ 40 feet away from where I was seating. If you want to see this luau for free, then just go on the ocean side of the Waikiki Aquarium and you will be glad that you did not pay for this after you see for yourself. The worst of all was that me and my wife spent the next whole day hugging the toilet. This luau is not worth what I have paid. I wouldn’t go again even if they gave it to me for free.
I called to complain and the female told me that I have to contact the Diamond Head Luau and kept insisting that I have to complain to the Diamond Head Luau staff.
This people are not willing to help when it comes to any complaints.
I have also found that HawaiiDiscount.com is located in South Carolina and displays a phone number as 808-892-2082 as if they are located in Hawaii.
HawaiiDiscount.com is very dishonest.
