Hawke And Company Outfitters - Daron Fashion very short wear--busted zipper NYC New York
Three months ago, bought a jacket"North American Expedition Grade W18" w/style #47065me size 7 for my grandson's birthday(10/26).
To make the story short, he wore the coat three times and the zipper broke. It was irepairable and needed to be replaced. The cost of replacement was $70.00.
I did not save the sales slip due to the fact I believed it was a quality(pricy) jacket and would present no problems. Was I ever mistaken.
I attempted to contact the company via the email noted on the jacket quite a number of times and all I got was a picture and music, no other info at all. The company advertised -Design-Wearability-Performance. I do believe this is a deceptive practice since the jacket didn"t even make 1 week wearability and even less in performance.
I would like a replacement jacket since I do like the design. This co is not very consumer oriented.
