Hayen Vida (nice guy) but has a female partner who looks and sounds like a great person. Caution!!! You would not want this lady as a tenant if she was the last one at the around. Hayen is the father of her new born (2012) child and You cant get one without the other.
These folks have dogs that are allowed to crap in the house. Had to pay a contractor $300 to bleach the floors. Took him 3 times to get the stench out. Concrete was etched by the urine.
