HDI SIMPLEESCAPES fraudulent charge for $149.95 appeared on my credit card bill. I called the credit card company, which cooperated immediately when I pointed out that this scam appears on the Rip-off Report website. So I never had to pay the charge, but I do want to warn others about this scam.
