He Xiaoxu He sent us damaged goods and when we sent them back he never gave us a refund. Shang Hai Nationwide China
I ordered the X-files from him in early August, at a price of $120.00, and received them about 6 days later. That's the only good part. They were advertised as "new" but they were anything but new. The box they came in was worn and torn. The Dvd's were scratched, had fingerprints, and were unplayable. When I put them in any one of my DVD players they would skip.
He Xiaoxu told me to send them back to him and he would send me a "new" copy, but seeing that he advertised them as new in the first place and ended up not being, I didn't want to chance it again. We ended up telling him that we wanted a full refund. I shipped the item back to him but he never sent me my refund.
Since then he has not replied to any of my e-mails or messages on his website. I have tried getting my money back by going through Paypal and the bank but neither of them could help me. Which is why I am going through you to see if you can help. I don't want to pay for a lawyer, I am just looking for advise on what I can do or even some help from you.
