You definitely have a "company" that fails to respect their customers, and proves it over and over again with your postings.
I have no reason to lie. Your company and employees surely have a reason to lie because if prospective customers knew the truth, they would think you are unprofessional and crazy!I have no more time for this. Everything I said is 100% true.
*** To prospective customers: I did what I could to help you avoid having a similar experience by telling about my ordeal at Healing Palm.
PS Elizabeth Rose: I see how much time you have on-line insulting customers, presumably there are none in your store to keep you busy! If you could improve your customer service, perhaps you could improve that situation.

ELIZABETH ROSE is the UNPROFESSIONAL LIAR, SCAM ARTIST, and IMMORAL PERSON who is being deceitful in order to deflect the blame from herself. Healing Palms told me that they were changing the price of the package because the credit card didn't go through 1 week earlier. It's their own fault the cc didn't go through! I handed Jennifer the card and if she couldn't read my writing for the code or #, then she should have written it in her own writing! THIS IS HEALING PALMS FAULT! And when I said that I only agreed to pay $500, not $600, they said that they were just keeping the money I already paid since I wasn't willing to pay their NEW price! What kind of customer service is this!
I never told ANY problems to Jennifer. In fact SHE told me her problems like I was HER shrink. I heard all about how she only makes X dollars an hour and it's half of what she made, how she's such a terrible driver she can't stop running into curbs, all about her sister who supposedly steals from her and is now dating her ex-boyfriend, her failed ski business, and how her colleagues at her other job are fighting and trying to report her for giving unauthorized Rx's to customers.
Also, how professional is it for Jennifer to complain to me about other customers who come in there asking for their shots? I heard another customer come in and request her shot, Elizabeth wasn't there and Jennifer didn't know where the shots were, so basically the lady drove there for nothing and seemed surprised that she wasn't able to get her shot. After the CUSTOMER leaves, Jennifer tells me that she doesn't understand why that customer was such a "B*tch". Really? Seriously? I heard the customer. The customer wasn't rude whatsoever. This other customer just wanted the vitamin b/metabolism shot that she paid for! Jennifer thinks people are, as she says "bi*ches" and "verbally abusive" just because they ask to get the service that they paid for!
I can't even deal with this business anymore. They can write whatever lies they want about their customers. At this point it just makes them look bad. So disappointed that any business would treat customers this way.

I love how people lie to make themselves feel better because they have problems! Rose came into healing palms with issues she discussed with my employee as if she was a shrink! Second , each Synergie session is normally priced at $75 for a half hour and $150 for an hour. We informed rose that if she wanted to continue the sessions that she would have to sign a contract to make payments . She informed me she was going on vacation and could her second payment be pushed til she returned.
I said no because we have policies we stick to and maybe she should wait until she returns to start them ! If my business is so horrible why would she purchase 14 treatments???? Anyway she decided to go ahead and sign contract with my employee. She told my employee she hoped I would forget to run credit card! That is fishy to me right there! Her credit card code on back was incorrect.
I told her age couldn't continue until payment was made in full because she purposely gave us incorrect information so we couldn't run her credit card! Rose was verbally abusive to my employee and was upset because my employee told me what she said about not running her credit card! She is a very dishonest person and Jennifer and I do not want her as a client. I do not owe her any money because in the contract it states that if payment is not made on date stated , each treatment goes to full price!! She actually owes me $ because she did two hour treatments!! She is a joke!! Thank u for reading this response !
