Health Connexxtions is a SCAM. Mark Ellis is a convicted felon Took our money and didn't deliver on ANYTHING! Irvine, California
I just wrote a long story and it somehow got deleted when I backspaced so I am going to be more brief.
Simply put, stay away from Mark Ellis. To say that he is a jerk and a thief is an understatement. He has six different addresses, one of which is actually an AT&T building, another is a hotel and the rest simply don't exist other than the MacArthur address, which is basically a room on a floor he rents out so it gives the air of being a legitimate business.
His web site is one big lie and he is not partners with any of the four he lists. I called each one and they have never heard of him or Health Connexxtions, but I suspect he will be hearing from them as they have stringent requirements for any company wanting to be a partner.
Stay away from Corporate Expos as well as it is listed as being run by his ex wife, but the address is also a fake.
I won in small claims. He didn't show up as I expected, but my goal is to have a paper trail to turn over to a reporter and the DA. Fraud, is after all, a felony.
Beware of any web site that looks like Health Connexxtions and Corporate Expos. If you call and they won't tell you who owns it or whether it is a corporation or an LLC, or whatever other entity, hang up. It's a scam.

I was also ripped off by health connexxtions. Can I somehow get in touch with you or you with me? Did you end up getting your money back? I'm sure others will want to know how your small claims experience went. Is he hiding his assets? etc...
