Healthcare Financial Services, LLC I had been making Monthy payment though care one services for over 3 Months to Healthcare Financial. And they cashed my payments. Then a few Months after I had been paying them they garnished my wages They garnished my wages even though I had made 3 Payments thru Care One. I called Hcare and they said they don't go with that plan. They did not call me or would they give my money back for the payme Ridgeland, Mississippi
healthcare finanancial services garnised my wages. even though i had made 3 payments with care one. i call healthcare to asked them about it and they said yes they did receive payment. but they do no go with the care one plan. i dont under stand how they can garnish my wages when they have been cashing my payments. i only owed 257.50 with them and now i had to pay 471.50 thru garnishedment? i had event increase my payments to them thru care on. 20.00 a month and i could have paid more if they would have told me. i asked her if they were going to give my money back to me from the payments they accepted. and she said no. so i guess they will just keep it which is not right. i talked to a lawyer and he said if they received payments before they filed a garnishedment that they can not garnish me.
