Healthy Life Corp dba Perfect Nutra Solutions Free Trial offer for Allure Face Cream and Vita Eyeserum Ordered 1/5/17 charged my Credit Card, 1/20-21/17. This is a Bait & Switch offer; was sent full size product, so they could bill you in 15 days from placing order. City not provided. IN 46064
Trial Offer on Internet. Pay small fee (1.95 for moisturizer and 5.99 for Eyeserm). Ordered on-line 1/05/2017
Product arrived Via USPS Mail, tracting #. However, my Credit Card was billed $99.95 for the Moisturizer on 1/20/2017 and $89.79 on 1/21/2017. Called the number on my CC Bill and was told that I had a 15 day trail and I did not repond within the trial period. Told Customer Support, I thought this was a BAIT and SWITCH Scam! They are very skilled at responding to anyone calling and pointed out that I hadn't responded within 15 days. (thinking this must of been printed in small letter's somewhere on there offer), they agreed to give me a small refund on each product, which amounted to approx. $20 off each product.
After reviewing my Credit Card bill I discovered that there was only 15 Days between the Order and the Charges on my Credit Card. This did not reflect any time in transit. Report a Dispute to my Credit Card Company.
