Healthy Right Now - Vanity Same thing - charged card, no product, lame emails Cordova Tennessee
i ordered vanity on March 6, still no product. made 3 attempts to call, leaving messages. emailed 3X. Called my credit card company, who will pursue them for me. They emailed a couple days ago and said they will 'reship' the product in 3-5 days, sorry for the delay. I emailed back saying DO NOT send it, my credit card is pursuing you, I better get a refund, and YOU ARE A SCAM. I will refuse the package and will not sign for it, that is if it shows. Would love to meet this 'Joy' in customer service. Is she paid to make rebuttals on this sight? With so many of us, she just couldn't keep up. Well Joy, save your apology and give me a REFUND.
