attention update Michael Tuomala did contact me and we did agree on a temporary mortgage.It is not completely to my satisfaction but due to the foreclosure that occured it was the best he could do for now. He did assure me in 6 months he would be able to get me a better rate with taxes and insurance.. We will see then He is trying now....I will keep in touch.

This is Michael W. Tuomala, the branch manager of Heartland in Marlborough, MA. This complaint was filed due to lack of communication due to loan officer, Steven being terminated. When this customer was brought back to my attention by my processor I comtacted the borrower and completed the loan transaction. This was a very hard loan to process for multiple reasons. I am happy to even be able to close this loan. I acknowledge the lack of communication, but the service that I provided to close this loan was exceptional. This is one of the hardest loans I've worked in my 10 year career. I am proud of my effort solving this customers problem.
