I notice that heat has stopped advertising!
My curiosity is piqued though: Did they break off of National Auto Parts ((((Redacted))), (((Redacted))), or (((Redacted)))? They broke off one of them - of this, there is no doubt.

I think Its kind of strange that these people that claim to have ties with this "business" say that it is a great company, then why can i still not get ahold of anyone to warranty the bad engine that i baught and payed to have installed only to find out it is bad. Also to the military man- Do you actually think that the fact that you are in the army makes you credible and honest? In todays society any idiot can serve their duties in military, this only makes you sound like your already on trial, which maby you should be. Luckily in this country we have a legal system and i strongly encourage anyone who has been ripped of by this crappy excuse for a legit business to take legal action. Who knows how many countless dollars have been taken from people in promice of a good product. Lets take it back

I am the website designer responsible for setting up and maintaining HEAT's website. The guys at HEAT are a joy and a pleasure to work with. In all my years of working in this business, I have never worked with a group of guys so devoted to their business and their customer service. While I have never bought an engine from the company, I developed the systems that they use to track customer inquiries and purchases, and I can say without a doubt that they have many satisfied customers from all over the country. I find it very strange that you are calling the company a rip off before purchasing from them or even contacting anyone who works there. All of your concerns could be addressed in a simple phone call rather than slandering a company anonymously. I have worked with all of the guys behind HEAT, and they are honest, reputable, professional and fair business men. I hope that you take a second look at the company and the people behind it and decide to remove your complaint. If you have any other questions or comments, feel free to contact me directly at 309-740-2055.

If you are Stephanie Lincoln and that's your address and phone number, I have a hard time believing that you are not connected with this business. If that were the case, why would the company's website be registered under your name and phone number? What the original poster posted was the WHOIS registration data for the website. This is available to anyone who executes a WHOIS command on the 'net. It's difficult to believe that you're not connected to the business, yet you seem to own their web domain.

I read in the rules that you can't post personal info...why is my home address and personal cell phone number on this web site? For the record, I did some small odd jobs for Honest Engines and Transmissions, but I am not an ongoing paid employee or an owner. This guy could have found this out by looking the company up through the Florida State Business Registration. So he made a False Claim that I am an Owner. I did speak with Honest Engines about my sister's transmission and my testimony posted on the web site is genuine. I think it's a great company and they helped my sister out. I think the business is great because no one can afford to buy a new car in this economy and replacing a transmission or engine on the cheap is the way to go. I do all my shopping online to get the best deal. I invite you to look up my record in the Army. Look up all my awards, the fact that I earned three Army Achievement Medals, was Soldier of the Year for the MACOM, earned countless awards and recognitions for going above and beyond the standards of my duty positions and participated in numerous huricane recovery operations, etc. My record speaks for itself.
