My Mother in Law had trouble starting her furnace. She decided to call Heating & Cooling Pros of West Allis Wisconsin.



A Service man came out and looked at her furnace for 5 minutes and told my Mother she had a cracked heat exchanger and the furnace can no longer be used.



My Mother became worried about not having heat and her health condition.



Being that it was a Carrier furnace and only 10 years old, she did not understand why it would need to be replaced so soon.



The service man told her they could put a new Goodman high efficiency furnace in by 9pm that night and complete the job the following day.



They quoted her a price of $3,400 to replace the furnace.



Heating and Cooling Pros, did replace the furnace as stated.



My Mother later learned that they did not tell her about a tax credit she could have received for $1,500.



My Mother also discovered that her original furnace was under warranty and the heat exchanger could have been replaced for $400-$500 labor.



After repeated breakdowns of the new Goodman furnace, my Mother called another company to come out and look at it.



She was informed by the other Heating company that she was over charged by $1,000 and the furnace was over sized for the duct work to handle the heat.



The furnace kept over heating and shutting off. The other heating company pointed out the poor quality of installation: duct tape on sheet metal, gas line and electrical crooked and no permits used. Which should have been included in that high dollar cost.



All in all do your research on furnaces and air conditioners before you get taken for thousands of dollars over cost, like Heating & Cooling pros did to my Mother.

One of our many loyal customers has brought to our attention that this report was filed.  Looking back at our records, it was coincidently filed at the same time I had to let one of our employees go. There are so many things in that report that are just untrue.
 
First of all, our Company does not force anyone to sign a contract with us. We give everyone the opportunity to get a second and third opinion. All of our personnel have  at least 20-25 Years experience. Our company has a  A+ Rating with the Better Business Bureau where you must leave all of the complainants information. We are one of only 5 Everrest Dealers in the southern half of Wisconsin. To be one, you have to be a top quality company  just to be a part of the Everrest program. Once a customer executes a contract with our company, it is a long lasting relationship.
 
Our program includes 1yr satisfaction guarantee, 2yr lemon replacement and a full 10yr parts and labor guarantee directly through us and the manufacturer. There would be no reason to call another company regardless of any situation that may arise. Just about everything in this report doesnt make sense, and if it doesnt make sense 99% of the time it is untrue.
 
In closing, we have come to the decision that our ex- employee fabricated this whole report. There are just too many things that are not right. If a customer is having any problems or calls with any questions, we will do whatever it takes to satisfy that person. If we do not have the answers, we are backed up 110% by our distributor and manufacturer. In closing of this letter, I would just like to give you our company vision statement.
 
Our commitments and actions are dedicated to the needs and desires of our customers. We are driven to provide the best choices of products and service in a timely matter and for a fair price. We recognize that our survival is based on our customers complete satisfaction. Our customers are the reasons for our existence.

I have also been a victim of Dennis Dorn. Beware of this guy, do not do any business with him period. You have been warned.

Dennis Dorn views every person he comes in contact with as a potential person he can use or rip off. Dennis has burned every bridge he has crossed. He is finally reaping the results of his poor character. Check out Wisconsin Circuit Court Access before you ever think of doing any type of business deal.
