Hellodresses.com Joyland LTD Charged, No Dress, just broken promises, Internet
I ordered a dress and paid for RUSH service (3-4 weeks) on 03/21/2012. I would have expected then for my dress to have arrived by 04/21/2012. I contacted them on 04/16/2012 just to make sure we were on schedule to ship. They told me they apologized for the delay, but the order would not ship until 04/20/2012 and I would receive a tracking # on that day. On 04/22/2012 I contacted them to advise I did not receive a tracking # and was again advised my order would not ship for another 5-6 business days as it had not been made. Furious at this point I cancelled the order on 04/23.
On 04/24/2012 they wrote to tell me the dress was made and I would receive delivery on 04/28. I asked them why are they sending the dress when they told me it wasn't made yet AND I cancelled the order and requested a refund. They responded on 04/25/2012 that the dress is ready to ship "now" and that I could not cancel the order and if I did, I would only receive 70% back. I advised that I cancelled the order because I was told the dress was NOT made and if they made it anyway, that was their issue not mine and because of this, I am entitled to my FULL refund.
Then again on 04/26/2012 they write to tell me the dress is ready, they will refund the shipping expense and rush charges, ensure it is shipped by 04/30/2012 for delivery on 05/04/2012 and will e-mail me a tracking # on 04/30 AM to reconfirm. I advised if the above promise was actually TRUE, then they can proceed in shipping the dress.
04/30/2012 has come and gone. They have not answered any of my e-mails, IMs or telephone messages. Tried again today, same thing - no response thus far. I have since filed a complaint with the FTC and contacted my bank to reverse the charges. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY THEY ARE NOT HONEST AND WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND BREAK PROMISES TO YOU TIME AND TIME AGAIN.
