Laborers started various work and were asked on multiple occasions to do other items quickly not in contract. Once requesting payments this is where trouble started to occur. A lot of false promises, guarantees, and so forth. After multiple attempts to collect payment the excuses always had the person thinking they will be paid shortly but in fact thats far from it.
