Helmets, Etc Inc Helmets etc. has been playing games with me since I sent back a helmet for a exchange, two months of e-mails saying they were out of stock, or they were expecting them in tomorrow and would ship ASAP Port Orchard, Florida
In the later part of June 09 I ordered a carbon fiber helmet from helmets etc., a week later it arrived, after trying it on I realized that this was not the helmet for me, and that I would send it back for a exchange.
I called them up and received specific instructions for returning, which I followed to the T. After approx. two weeks I had not received anything, I then e-mailed to find out what was going on, Lynette said that she would find out and take care of it---wrong.
After another week went by I once again contacted them, Lynette then sent me a e-mail saying that I forgot to tell them the size I wanted (this being on the helmet I sent back to them) so I emailed them the size, which they followed up with a e-mail " Helmets would be shipped next day". After another 2 weeks of not receiving anything I wrote them again and was told the helmets were not in stock and would be shipped A.S.A.P as soon as they arrived, they never did, that was it, no more replies to my e-mails. There phones box was always full, then they finally just disconnected the phone. So I am out my money and they wont respond to anything, It is now August 31, If anyone that has had the same problem and somehow, finally got there merchandise, please let me know how it was done, because I am not having any luck. And for those of you that are considering purchasing helmets, or anything else from Helmets etc, DON'T DO IT!!! DON'T DO IT!!!! DON'T DO IT!!!!
