Very few people have legitimate business with anyone in Baku, which happens to be in the former Soviet Republic of Azerbaijan.
I recommend two things. Call your bank and report the fraudulent transaction. Then put the word BAKU into the search box on this site and see some posts that sound familiar. You're not alone.
