Henry Fultz's Quality Remodling on the side of being a fireman remodel disaster!
Mr. Fultz is a Lealman Fireman who does remodling on the side.Our windows were put in and the tile was busted out never replaced or fixed.Bay window was to sit in and it is too high and not centered in the middle of the wall.Bifold doors cut off glued not clamped for overnite dry time, all the slats are falling out the door knobs are about 24 inches from the floor.The $3,000.00 stucco job on the outside was not applied properly with metal lath is falling off.The hole he cut in the roof to run the neww a/c to the add on section of our home has leaked since the day he did it.We got dry wall put in our family room and computer room thetr is no baseboard put in.He ruined all the textured walls by thinning out the mud to apply a textured ceiling so I have globs and runs on all the walls he put in.Where the new a/c was put in I was suppose to get a door to hide the unit.No caulking done on more than half the windows installed.The computer room was textured and ceiling but where the wall meets ceing there is nothing.We were to have my washing machine drain hooked up to sewer line it is not it comes up throuhg the floor but they cut a pipe and put new pvc and rubber and clamps on a pipe that goes no where.
They didn't even check if the pipe was usable.Leland plummers did that who was subcontracted by Mr.Fultz.We paid $25,000 for this and my sister and I are both diabled and I really feel the man took advantage of us.Someone would have to see this mess to understand all of it.
I about had a nervous breakdown.I have lost all hope in ever having a livable and nice looking home.
None of what had to be done was a difficult job.That was alot of money for my sister and I to put out and to think how much it would cost to fix what he did is even more depressing.
This one Fireman I cannot and refuse to call a Hero he is a down right RIP OFF.
Thank you so much for your time.It brings tears to my eyes to know people can do this and get away with it.After that we could not afford to take any actons against him.
We did however get him a mark with the BBB. He was a company but now I think he just buys homes and fixes them up.
I feel sorry for anyone who ends up with one. Sincerly.Tina

When a business is reported that is NOT a BBB member, BBB files WILL more likely show an UNunsatisfactory rating. One positive thing about the BBB is, either way, if a business has an unsatisfactory rating with the BBB, you can be sure, the business is bad. But what about all those BBB member businesses that consumers never get to hear about that had complaints filed against them? What about the BBB advertising to the public? Is this a false and misleading perception they are giving to consumer confidence when dealing with a business?
