Herbal Groups, Inc. On July 21, 2010, This company called me and asked me to try their product. I confirmed and was charged $9.00. I was not told about me having to call them to stop sending me their product. Internet
On July 21, 2010, Herbal Groups called me and wanted me to try their product on a trial basis. I confirmed, and they sent me their product.
I was not informed by their representative of the 30-day trial. Nothing was mentioned. I had no idea that it was my responsibility to call them to stop it. The charge on my debit account was HRBGRPS.COM. This is very deceptive. I asked my wife if she knew what this was, and she had no idea.
They have charged my debit account $164.70. This is minus the initial amount of $9.95 which was affirmed by me. I want them to put the $164.70 back in my account. They had no approval from me to take it. This is internet theft.
