Heritage Administration Services, Inc Warantee authorized, 9 months later bill still not paid and the runaroundisincredible !! Lincoln Nebraska
August 2008 I dropped my 2002 Ford Windstar off for repair of the ABS system. The dealership called and received authorization to perform the nessary repair, per the instructions on my extended service contract.
The dealership has attempted to collect the $665.00 bill since August. The fine folks at the "800" number insist that "they have no way to communicate with Heritage, but that the claim has been processed and checks are beng processed."
I contacted the "800" number May 14th, 2009 and was infromed that they were still processing and authorizing claims for Heritage. They insist that they have no way of forwarding contract holder input to Heritage, all of their information is forwarded electronically. They refuse to take claims information when called on the "800" number on the contract that is listed specifically for filing claims.
I am now being called on by the dealership to pay the bill...
