I had Heritage Web Design build my web site , $18,000.00 . The 2009 year began with sloppy and lousy customer service.
On August 17th , 2009 imy web site did not work at all. I called tech support , over and over and over and got the brush off. They're comment was someone would return my call.
I stated this web site was not a hobby of mine , it is a business that advertises with uploaded video's - period.
This function does not work and hasn't worked to this present dat 9-18-09 . When I asked" why did this stop working all of a sudden?" I was told there are a thousand reasons why they stop working ". The only function of this database was to upload video's in a large amount of file formats that had been working couple months prior with no problem.
The second function or database on my web site also stop working , super yap chat ( mp3 files , video , chat live ) ; Heritage Web Design could only send one ticket at a time . Whatever that means? After 4 weeks, calls during the day , calls at night, my web site still does not work . I went to move the domain to a different web host and server and transfer the FTP files , they made up a bill of $1000.00 and refuse to release the FTP file associated with my web site after paying $18,000.00 and entire web site not working with 2 database's , refuse to get it working by keeping it broken for 4 weeks and 1 day .
Again 4 weeks and 1 day later still broken . It's a business not a hobby , I have nothing !Heritage Web Design made up a bill of $1000.00 on 09-18-09 and refused to unblock ftp files to be transfered ransoming this web site I paid for . Now I have nothing because Heritage said so - I don't think so !
