Hersey's Automotives Gary Walls Baton Rouge, Louisiana
Gary Wall's, owner of Hersey's Auto, did a diagnostic on my truck and determine my head gasket was blown and it was not drivable. He also told me that repair would be $900. So I told him that I would have to scrap up somemoney before any repairs would be made. So he said fine. I told hime I would pick up my truck to get it away from the shop by Friday, It was Wednesday. He said fine. I was just so happening to past his shop and my truck was gone. Him and his wife were having a fight and she told me that he was using my BROKEN truck to move thing out of his house. I finally caught up with him and asked him what he was doing so he cursed me out and treaten my life. He also threaten my wife and her sisters because they were with me. So I left his property and called the police. He would not give me my keys to my truck. He left before the police came so I was stuck. I knew he would be open tommorrow so I called the sheriff's in the morning to come with me tommorrow to get my truck. I got my truck but my head was completly warped and cracked. My knowledge is if my truck wasn't operatable before, it sure isn't now since he was doing delievery and pickups in my truck. I wanted to pursue this in court but I just had enough and had my father replace the engine. Then I saw someone had a simular problem on the news with this guy so I thought I should share my experence with everyone.
