Herzfeld & Rubin have threatened to take legal action against the publishing of the above content.
In doing so they are liable for harassment in attempting to censor Fair Use.
In addition, Herzfeld & Rubin have attempted, as thugs in suits, to mislead both the courts and legal counsel by submitting part and not all of Title 17 U.S.C. Section 107. This is not the first time that Herzfeld & Rubin have failed to make complete disclosure in their harassing claims.
Under US law, one has every right to criticize anyone they wish, including law firms (which are not above the law), as long as they do not take this action for profit. Profit may be found through filing a complaint with the New York Bar Association and or a lawsuit resulting from damages due to unethical and negligent behavior by Herzfeld & Rubin.
Let's not lose focus of the real issues here. Bernard Leyden retained Herzfeld & Rubin to create a Trust for the "well being" "protection" and for relief in emergencies for his son and grandchildren in Israel. Herzfeld & Rubin rather than providing this relief has described Bernard Leyden's son being separated from his children and work in Israel, his eviction and destruction of his home in Israel, requests for emergency heart medicine and depleting the Trust through litigation with Herzfeld & Rubin taking over 80,000 dollars in legal fees as "frivolous" in an attempt to prevent the Supreme Court of New York to review this case. Herzfeld & Rubin failed in their efforts to hide this tragedy of human suffering as the Supreme Court of New York ruled that it would address the emergencies facing Bernard Leyden's son and grandchildren.
The below are the contents of what constitutes Fair Use, something that Herzfeld & Rubin dread as it may tarnish their reputation. Herzfeld & Rubin sells themselves as honest and ethical attorneys.
