They do not pay there subcontractors. It may put you in a bad situation and make you pay twice for services done to your project. When you hire a contractor and he don'y pay his subcontractors ,the home owner is Legally Effected and responsible because they hired the contractor , that hired the subcontractor and the work was actually done ,on your property. It's kinda like if someone slip on your property, the property owner is responsible for everything done on there home.
When you get a letter that your being sewed or have a lien on your property and the control is ripped out of your hands ,the control and creating potential Dames. They cover your warranty issues ,but, don't pay there sub contractors that do the actual warranty issues. So they can't afford to get the warranty of the project done with out creating more serious problems. This is normally done due to bad management skills because ,the contractor is managing everything from the work to the budget and quality and workman ship. So if there is a dispute it's up to the management to work it out and keep the home owners best interest in mind and protect them instead of have unpaid contractors knocking at your door.
This Company owes a contractor with Custom Choice Remodeling $3,900 and has ran off with the possibility of claiming damages and effecting serious issues . So look threw the fake personalities and go some where else that have integrity , morals , and honesty... They put me in a bad situation
