Debtornation2011 stated: Have had nothing but problems with it and required several calls to customer service for over the phone repairs,... The copier continued to print a horizontal line down the center of the page. Now, 8 months later, the new printer is experiencing the exact same problem. *** You did not say what the "problems" were but you did say you were getting a horizontal line down the center of the page. I think you meant a vertical line. By your problem description, I am safe to assume you have a laser printer and not an inkjet. You did not to to replace your toner cartridge. You could have purchased a generic compatible cartridge instead of buying an OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) HP cartridge. When I used to do PC support, I saw vertical lines down the the page all the time, you need a new toner cartridge. Being out of warranty by 79 days is not HP's problem. Mechanical devices such as laser printers and automobiles break down.
