Good day! I came across this website, heysphere.com, when I was searching for an online job. I tried it and became an expert February this year. Yes, i got my pay-out for the month of February and March but I wasn't earning that much for those times. When April came I made more and I am expecting my pay-out soon.

When I woke up this morning (May 05, 2018 Philippines) I was excited to open my computer and start working. Suddenly I was not able to sign in, it says "wrong credentials" every time I try. So, I opened my email address and searched for an email from them, yes I did found an email.

This is what it says:

"Hi Gonzalo, This is an email to confirm that we are suspending your account, as we believe it is associated with a banned expert. You are now prohibited from using Sphere as either a client or an expert going forward. If we notice any further activity that suggests you are continuing to use Sphere, our system will prevent you from receiving your earnings and we reserve the right to take legal action. You will not be paid for any earnings accrued since April."

It is clear that I will no longer receive my hard earned money for the month of April. From the first sentence alone, it is very unclear, no detailed information was given for the reason for my account to be suspended/banned. I am seeking help from anyone out there regarding this issue. How can they do this to me? I worked hard for that money, it may not be that much but I worked hard for it. Is this how a company for tutors take care of their experts? Please help!
