Hhgregg Ripoff they are dishonest thieves out to beat widows and small children out of their last! Augusta Georgia
I went in to hhgregg on yesterday (march19th) and purchased a 52inch television with cash,against my better judgement.
I went in my SUV so I asked the employees of the store if he was sure that the television would fit and he said not in the box so they took it out of the box and placed it in the back of the vehicle .I told them that I could have them deliver it if it didn't fit but they placed it inside.
well when I got home and had the television carefully removed and set up for my son and daughter who just 3 months ago lost my husband and their father to a violent accident, but knowing that this would cheer them up but when the t.v was plugged up the inner screen was broken and you could not tell this from just looking at it for there is an outer screen that had no apparent damage.
I then less than 24 hours later took the television back to the store and was told that I had dropped the television and could not recieve another television nor a refund and I asked about the warranty and was told that I caused the damage. I need some help with this matter my kids and I do not have over 1200 dollars to give away like that.
