no response to emails regarding returns and RMA's. calls are never answered and voice mailbox is always full.

sent totally different products from what was ordered (not the ones in the advertisements and product informations that was actually ordered and paid for). changed the ordered product to a different one "related" to the ordered product (but really different) and shipped it without any notification before hand.

according to website, customer will pay for shipping for returns, exchange, warranty issues... etc., and will pay restocking fee of 20%... they should consider the fact that they sent the wrong ones in the first place.,

made two back-to-back order; one for standard shipping (for the not so important ones) paid extra (ridiculous amount of money considering it only weighs less than 3 pounds including box) for the 2nd order for a "3-day" shipping (for time critical items), paid very promptly through paypal, money was debited right away... both orders arrived at the same time 4 days after invoice date (5 days if you count the order date).

this company really needs to be sited for this. have read reviews about this company before i ordered but still gave them the benefit of the doubt since some people actually got what they ordered, but i really should have listened bad reports.
