I saw a sponsored post on Instagram and ordered the cute dog coin bank on 12/15/16. My credit card was charged immediately for $21.99. I received a confirmation email with instructions saying that my order is being prepared but I never received any communication thereafter, nor has anyone responded back to my numerous emails. There is no phone number contact either. When I click on "view my order" in the email, it takes me to Spotify webpage which says "sorry this store is unavailable". I never received the item.
