High School Blue Chip Athtendo Scam***they place an ad on Craigslist for Exec Assistant paying $26.25***not true BEWARE Ft. Lauderdale Florida
This company places ad on Craigslist for Adminstration Assistant/Executive Assistant saying it'll pay you $26.25 per Hour. Don't fall for it because I did. My instincts were there but of course I didn't listen..too good to be true!!
I applied for the position and received an email stating that they reviewed my resume and cover letter and feel I'm a good candidate for the job. Wanted to setup a phone interview with me the next day. I replied back to the email said yes I'm available for the phone interview. I got another email stating there were so backed up didnt have a chance to call me for the interview and immediately offered me the job and sent me a link to fill out forms and send back to them. Like an idiot I did. Hoping to a least get a call from them..so I called no answer! So the next day this guy that goes by William Hill says he is the CEO of the company apologized that his assistant Susan couldn't get back to me to go over the position, says I got the job. Then he tells me, there processing my paperwork with HR and need to give $250 for the equip and tools that will be given to me for the position. An ipad and starter kit..please..again not following my instinct made the payment thru paypal. Says hes going to call me back to see if the payment went thru got a call back from him, says I'll be starting on 9/2/2013. Guess what I called the number back that this William Hill called me from...oh its no longer in service.
Long story short stay away now there just posted an ad under Athtendo $26.25/hourly...run big SCAM!!
Well in the end I disputed the charges with Paypal and got my money back...please don't fall for it. Think about did you have to pay up front for a job before?
