This is, without a doubt, the worst employer I have ever had. The company sets unattainable goals, and you quickly realize that you either need to lose the job, your conscience, or your mind. I chose to lose the job, or I should say that I refused to give up the other two.
For people who wonder why customer service is so bad, it's because you're either talking to a new person (sure to be fired soon), or a sell-out with the sole purpose of getting you off the phone. Satan himself would have to lower his standards to keep a job at this shady, corrupt company.
I agree with the previous post. Don't buy this insurance! They treat their employees this way so that your claim doesn't get adjusted...duh! This company is bad news for Pennsylvania!

I wholeheartedly agree with your statement about this being a horrible company to work for. They provide exorbent salaries and fringe benefits to management while they only provide a overpriced store and cafeteria to its employees. Yes there is the employee clinic but its there not for your own good but to patch you up and get you back upstairs onto the phone. This company cares nothing of you as a person and makes the rules so tight that even if you do have a manager who cares they are not able to do anything about it. They set difficult standards for some of there positions that can make or break you no matter the quality of your work. This company is a disgrace to Pennsylvania and the Blue Plans as a whole. The only reason they are even still around is they hire the best Jewish lawyers money can buy and they fork out alot of money for Western PA in order to secure there spot.
