Hilltop Nissan East Hanover New Jersey Ripoffs Will Do Anything To Make A Sale
I purchased a used Nissan Pathfinder in Sept 2001 from Hilltop Nissan in East Hanover, NJ. I was obviously on the fence about making the purchase when my sales guy, John, told me that the vehicle had been dealer-serviced throughout its life and will provide me with the records for my assurance.
I purchased the vehicle and was never provided with the promised records of past service. When I went in to pick up the plates I met with the "manager" who also promised me that he would personally see to it that the records would be sent to me.
Weeks go by and nothing. I finally went straight to the service center where I was informed that the vehicle had NEVER been serviced by the dealer.
NO wonder the sales slime and manager never got back to me! I would never purchase a vehicle from them again. To boot, the salesmen are all very seedy looking to begin with.
