I the TOS agreement there is an area that says Hit has the right to end service for no reason at all & at anytime, charge for compensation due from hard work done! Vertually, you don't have to do anything if you don't want. HWS can take money, play with a couple of TEMPLETS, cause customers to panic, get into a dispute, drop and keep money & that is that. YES, YOU DO USE TEMPLATES!!!
In another part of your TOS, Electronic Delivery Policy'. Well, MY account manager failed to contact me the last 49 days of dealing with you. Infact, the account manager never contacted me again. You need to watch those Venue Services! You just never know what you're going to get!
There is more where that came from.

Although the cusotmer above believes it is a lie when I state that I am willing to work with you, I assure anyone reading this that I am happy to continue to work with any customer who is willing to work with me.
It is in our best interest to work with customers. In most cases we go above and beyond what is fair to the company to satisfy a displeased customer.
If you have a specific concern, please contact me directly at CEO or QCA @hitwebdesign.com
Warmest Regards, Quality Control Administrator
