HK Finance bait n switch Orlando Florida
I went to HK. Finance with 2000.00 cash and I was looking for a reliable car to get me to and from work and school. I told them I was screwed before by Motor Car Concepts and that I was worried about being screwed again. I was offered to be put into two cars that I didnt like.
As I was leaving a salesman came up to me and offered to put me in a 2001 Impala with 2000 down and I agreed. I talked them down to 1500. I signed the papers. The next day I realized that the car is overheating. I took it back to them and they said they would fix it. They never did. I ended up replacing the radiator myself. After I replaced the radiator I realized the fan was messed up.
I went back to them and asked to be switched to a more reliable car and they said no and threw a 500.00 pick up payment in my face and took the keys to the impala away and kicked me off their property. They put me in a 1993 Honda Accord piece of crap and told me I would have to pay pamynets on this car. Its a 1993 5 speed with crappy interrior and the brakes are garbage. After everything I was gonna have to pay 8,000.00 for a car worth about 800.
These people are liars/ They steal and they screw you over. They don't even let you talk and they are very aggressive. Don't buy from them period or youll be in for a bad experience. I reported them to DMV. I will let you know if I get my money back.
