HMS Cold and frustraited Not in ggod faith New York, New York
Without heat for the 4th time this winter. stays out days. Service company patches our 27 year old furnace and say " Dont wait for HMS to replace it". Last trip out they spilled oil in furnace and our house was unlivable for 2 weeks and my wife got very sick from fumes in the house.We have spent yet another night without heat (2-15-12) and await yet another patch from Dr Heat Mr Cool service company. HMS clearly does not and will not care about fairness and the home owner. I will now resort to legal means to get my home heated. Finally! Pissed!
