Hobbies Discount Air Swimmers Remote Control Flying Shark-Clown Fish Vancouver, B.C. British Columbia
I orderd 2 air swimmers remote control flying shark-clown fish on November 27, 2016. The company took out the amount in my bank account plus taxes, tariff and I received my order number for the products. I received an email saying they shipped the two products on December 6th & 7th, 2016 with a tracking number from Americana/Los Angeles. The shipment should arrive in one to two weeks. I have been emailing this company at least 4 times asking where are my products. USPS does not recognize the tracking number. On one product it stated that the product for Singapore does not have a tracking number. These were for my grandkids for Christmas!
