'Hole Foods Deli Hair Coffee Cold Rude Discourteous Mousehole Nationwide
While I was enjoying a day in Mousehole with the rest of my coach party, I decided to purchase a "Large Americano" from the aforementioned establishment. I entered the building and sat down, without realising that you needed to order at the till. Shortly after sitting down, a bald man, who I can only assume was Caleb, shouted at me to come up and order at the till. Affronted, I complied anyway. I ordered the coffee and returned to my previous position near the window.
After about 15 minutes, I still hadn't recieved my beverage and went up to enquire as to it's whereabouts. The bald man (Caleb?) then told me that it was coming and then proceeded to yell at the clearly overwhelmed staff member behind him.
To give him his dues, as soon as it was ready, (Caleb?) delivered the coffee himself and apologized. However, he spilled a few drops of burning coffee onto my already sunburnt arms, I winced and said "Ouch, that hurt.". He actually had the nerve to smirk and say that it "wasn't his problem after it had been paid for".
I shall never return to this dreadful place.
