Holiday Inn Club Vacations Orange Lake Management I own a time share at Crown Park ,Holiday Inn now, Gatlinburg Tenn which was purchased pre construction Gatlinberg, Tennessee
I purchased pre-construction a time share at Crown Park in Gatlinburg Tenn. It was a wonderful resort and my wife and I enjoyed it very much the few times we used it over the past few years. In 2010 Crown Park was taken over by Holiday Inn Club Vacations it has been constantly changing since then and not for the better either
#1 Yearly Maintenance fees have risen to almost $700.00 for a one bedroom unit.
#2 I purchased a floating week back then it has been changed to a fixed week (#4)
#3 Now they have a Holiday Inn Club vacations Membership that you must pay yearly or according to the customer relations department you will not be permitted to use the time share that I have purchased there.
I paid for many years on the time share mortgage now when it is paid off to be told that I am not allowed to use it is reminding me of n**i Germany taking property from the citizens.
I have reached my limit I will not pay to become a member of that club just to be able to access something that I already own.
I had always thought Holiday Inn was an up and up outfit I see now there has been some rot and greed slip in there too.
