Holiday Inn Express & Suites Mason City Iowa Terrible Customer Service, Will Over Charge you, Manager is a hot head Mason City Iowa
Stayed at this hotel recently. Was over billed. Brought this to the staff's attention. Promised refund, nothing happenned. Spoke with an arrogant female manager named Krystal several times, no refund. She yelled and cursed at me. Hung up on me. I was in Chicago about a month later, over heard a conversation from another traveller regarding the same experiences I had. I have stayed there a couple of times, not that impressed. You can stay at the Country Inn, or the Quality Inn, and pay LESS, for the same. Also, there will be a brand new Hampton coming to mason city (where the Clarion is now) in the Spring of 2015. That is where I will be staying. Would highly recommend NOT stay at the Holiday Inn, unless you like drama and stress.
