I had known Debra k Darling for 3 years [ 1998-2002]

In those 3 or so years she has had cat classified ads in Press Enterprise & O.C. Registry nearly ever single week, non stop. [That information can be verified by billing 1-800-514-7253]

Debra K Darling has mass created an over population [ running a kitten mill for over 15 years] for the sole purpose of monetary revenue, period.

Debra K Darling was known to have up to 10 litters on the ground at one time that she actually told to me on the phone back in 2002.

The reason for this is because she allowed all of her 30 + cats to mate, undiscriminately, since she has such a totally busy lifestyle

You can verify all the kittens [in the 15 years] because they were all registered with Cat Fancier's Association, Inc. [CFA]

I do not believe that CFA is at all to blame for these breeders anywhere in the world for creating an over population [running kittys mills for revenue] in this society.

It is the responsibiliy of each person in this case, a pedigree breeder to use good judegment and common sense & do research before allowing kittens to be born into this world just for revenue.

Michelle Casserd told me directly "Debra dont care at all about her cats she is just doing this for money".

I know Debra K Darling has abused, neglected and caused death to at least 5 cats that I know of.

One kitty in particular was Oliver, a shaded silver male kitty of only six months old at the time.

I gave Debra Darling Oliver when he was six months old on a trade, when I got him back I was scared to death of him, that I had to have him declawed, washed and his nails cuts while he was under so he would not hurt me .

I have proof from my vet a that I have already given my permission to obtain the procedure of declawing and the reason why he was declawed because of the abuse from Debra K Darling herself and because of her pedigree breeding practices:

All the money Debra K Darling made on these kitens are inside her 4 bedroom, 2 floor home fulled with valuable antiques, she purchased with all the kittens she sold for all these years.

Debra K Darling has her 30 + cats all in cages in the back wooden, screened-in porch area of her residenial home

Once Debra K Darling knows she has kittys that are pregnant, she has the females housed into very crammed quarters in the kitchen area, where the mothers have their babies

None of the mothers are confined [they are located in plastic storage bins] and mothers always are alarmed about other mothers going near their young and very intense cat fights go on.

That mothers have been known to yell at the top of their lungs.

Because all the females are living in such chaotic conditions being crammed into the kitchen area.

Animals will react to their immediate surrounds in unpredicable and alarming behavior; especailly when their young are involved.

I am requesting that an investigation be done on a Debra K Darling in reference to the welfare of all her pedigree kittys.

Showing that once you go into her residence you will see all the kittys she does have.

Violation Type: Unauthorized land use (Business without permit]

Debra Darling has been running a cattery business from her residental property without a business licence, permit, paying taxes contrary to zoning laws, wrong zone, and or violations of a city ordiance for over 15 years. Excessive animals.......... Debra K Darling has been best friends and a cattery parnter with Michelle Casserd of Karound persinas for over 15 years.
