Hollywood Videos Video Universe Preview is what the site comes up as, dont know it is Hollywood video until you get your confirmation email. Company offers DVD's at low costs then never sends them! You contact them by email and they say they are refunding you money and never do! Then all your emails are rejected back to you after that! So Internet
Hollywood Video AKA Videouniverse Preview will offer DVDs at a low price and take your money and never send your DVD. Then when you email them about it they will tell you your account is being credited. It is NOT. When you try to contact them again all your emails are automatically kicked back. So when it is written on the report that they are giving refunds it is a lie! The are not refunding money just as sure as they are not sending the DVDs and never intended to. I am recovering from surgery and certainly did not need this stress on top of trying to heal my self just wanted to share an old comedy Drop dead Fred with my 16 year old daughter while I was down and out. It disgusts me there are people out there taking advantage of people out there who are struggling and sick and you thin kyou have the right to take advantage. Karma will come around.

Hollywood Block DVD is one of the biggest titles and is not showing up in the right place :( There are many complaints filed against them.
