Hom Cafe and Restaurant Sh*t Food And Lack of Service,,,,,Staff Are ALL Liars Darwin, Internet
We have had enough of the crap food from this place and the week excuses when they realise they are in the wrong. Our daughter got food poisoning at this horrible place once and we got talked in to going back by one of the smooth talking staff. They said they would treat ua as VIPs from now on to make up for it. Well we had dinner there during the week and we found a moth in the food.
We asked for our money back or a replacement and they said it was our problem not there's. The girl said that once the meal is delivered it was our problem. We tried to explain that it wa already in there when it was delivered but she wouldnt listen.One of our party went up to talk about it and overheard one of them joking that we shouldve been charged for the extra moth (they didnt know the person was from our table obviously)
When we demanded to speak with the owner (her name is Hom and we know that because we have had friends that have had to complain about stuff there to) they said she was away interstate and couldnt come out to deal with it.We then ran into someone 2 days later who said they saw Hom out that night and had been at the restaurant all night. It has now become clear that she was hiding out the back all the time and wouldnt come out to face the music.
We are not constant complainers and are fairly easy to please but we are very upset at what has happened for 2 main reasons,,,,one is that our daughter has already had food poisoning at this place and also because they lied and wouldnt bring the owner out to speak with us about it.We are just moderate income earners and cant afford to go out often and we have been ripped off twice by this place and have had enough.
We have also now been told by some of our friends of some other similar problems they have had at this place.
HAVE YOU HAD ANY PROBLEMS WITH HOM CAFE IN MITCHELL ST DARWIN ? IF SO TELL US YOUR STORY AS WELL AND LETS GET THEM CLOSED DOWN EFORE THEY KILL SOMEONE.
Dont eat or drink at Hom Cafe or you will be poisoned as well.
