Business Recovery Services (BRS) has received this Ripoff Report filed by Ryan Terko of 2699 Radius Road, Silver Spring, Maryland 20902. Mr. Terkos telephone number is (301) 675-1915.
Mr. Terko alleges that the "Do-It-Yourself" Business Recovery Kits he received are a scam. Of course, this is utter nonsense. Many business owners who have purchased the "Do-It-Yourself" Business Recovery Kits from BRS in the past have realized full refunds just by sending in the kit's contents. Furthermore, even more business owners have realized full refunds by using the services of Home-Based Business Consulting Services (HBBCS). To date BRS and HBBCS have assisted its clients in recovering well over $2,300,000 from ill-fated business opportunities.
On October 26, 2009, Mr. Terko purchased three (3) "Do-It-Yourself" Business Recovery Kits from BRS for a total of $900.00 for companies called Storesonline (SOL), Professional Marketing International (PMI), and The Tax Club. BRS has assisted its clients in recovering over $550,000 from these three (3) companies to date. Obviously, the name "Do-It-Yourself" clearly indicates that Mr. Terko needs to do the actual work himself. In addition, Mr. Terko signed off that he realized that more effort could be required on his part. The "Do-It-Yourself" Business Recovery Kits were sent to Mr. Terko as promised. Mr. Terko never called BRS for any follow-up assistance, which BRS provides free-of-charge.
Mr. Terko makes reference to BRS legal department. Neither BRS nor Home-Based Business Consulting Services have a legal department. Im not sure the source of Mr. Terkos information. However, I can assure you that neither BRS nor HBBCS ever informed Mr. terko that either entity has a legal department.
In addition, Mr. Terko alleges that neither BRS nor HBBCS were responsive to his customer requests when he had contacted BRS or HBBCS. This is complete and utter nonsense. Both BRS and HBBCS are extremely responsive to any customer request, and I have no idea where Mr. terko came up with this allegation. A review of all BRS and HBBCS E-mail accounts indicate that Mr. Terko made no such effort as he alleges.
If Mr. Terko wishes to quit before he gets started, then that's Mr. Terko's prerogative. However, to blame BRS because he quit before he got started is fundamentally unjust, and Mr. Terko should be ashamed of himself.
